The WageFiler Web Service offers an efficient way for wage and income reporting and accounting software tools to provide complete form fulfillment to their end users. The service utilizes electronic forms generated by PC-based wage reporting software packages to provide e-filing, and/or printing and mailing of recipient form copies, and printing and mailing of payer form copies. The service connects to Nelco’s Fulfillment System. The system features a database that tracks batches of forms, customers, payment processing, e-filing, and printing. The system also formats files and transmits them to government agencies (IRS, SSA) and to the Nelco printing center.

• AccountSetup
  The AccountSetup API sets up or updates an account, if needed.
• Confirm
  The Confirm API is used to accept, decline or correct payment for a previously transferred batch or batches. Processing of credit card payment information will take place offline as part of the normal processing of the batch.

  The GetEstimatedInvoiceDetail API retrieves an estimated price and invoice line items used to calculate that price based on batch information and form counts.
